Welcome back to Laconia Christian School! The 2009-2010 school-year promises to be another one filled with excitement and blessing! Please note that, for your convenience, we have streamlined the process for re-enrolling your child.
The Paperwork
- Please complete the appropriate application(Applications can be obtained from the school office after
meeting with the principal or other admissions staff):
» Kindergarten Application
» Grades 1-12 Re-Enrollment Application (one Form R per child)
» Ninth grade students, complete Personal Statement (Form D).
The Timeline
- Due by April 1st
» Re-enrollment application
» Application fee ($50)
» Late fees start after April 1 - Due by April 6th
» FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment applications (if applying for Tuition Assistance) - A Late Fee of $100.00 will apply for applications and tuition deposits received after April 1st.
FACTS Tuition Management
Re-enrollment in the FACTS Automatic Tuition Payment Program will be processed electronically.
Upon receipt of the tuition deposit your FACTS agreement will be processed and a verification letter sent for your review.
A yearly FACTS enrollment fee of .00 will be automatically processed from your account.
FACTS Automatic Tuition Payment Agreements are available in the office, for families who have not used this payment plan before. The yearly
FACTS enrollment fee is $41.
