About Laconia Christian School
History
Founded in 1974, Laconia Christian School has been a significant ministry of Laconia Christian Fellowship Church for more than 30 years. Laconia Christian Fellowship remains committed to providing high quality, Christian education to families throughout the Lakes Region.
Housed for four years at its original site on Court Street, the program was expanded to include a campus set on 140 acres when property was secured on Meredith Center Road in 1978.
While Laconia Christian Fellowship continues to provide basic oversight, the school program has matured into a broad-based ministry supported by families, friends and loyal alumni from throughout the region and beyond.
Campus
The Laconia Christian School is situated on 140 acres in the heart of the Lakes Region. The land has frontage on Lake Winnisquam and provides a beautiful location.
We are in the center of the state and pull students from a wide radius, including the towns of Alton, Ashland, Barnstead, Bristol, Canterbury, Center Sandwich, Concord, Effingham, Franklin, Gilford, Hill, Laconia, Loudon, Meredith, Moultonborough, New Hampton, Northfield, Pittsfield, Plymouth, Sanbornton, and Webster.
The campus is divided into 5 separate buildings – gym, upper school, middle/lower school and offices, lower school and early education, and a separate building for the computer lab. The campus features a full size soccer field, expansive playground, and multiple hiking trails.
